    摘要:

    利用多孔陽(yáng)極氧化鋁模板輔助法,在Co電解液和CdSe電解液的雙槽體系中用直流電沉積法交替沉積合成一維多段Co-CdSe金屬-半導(dǎo)體異質(zhì)結(jié)納米線。異質(zhì)結(jié)納米線的形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)、磁學(xué)及光學(xué)特性分別用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、振動(dòng)樣品磁強(qiáng)計(jì)(VSM)、紫外可見分光光度計(jì)(UV-Vis)以及光致發(fā)光光譜儀(PL)進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,Co-CdSe異質(zhì)結(jié)納米線分層明顯,且同時(shí)以面心立方結(jié)構(gòu)存在。Co-CdSe異質(zhì)結(jié)納米線擁有與單質(zhì)金屬Co納米線相同的磁矯頑力,同時(shí),異質(zhì)結(jié)納米線也表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異的光學(xué)性能。

    Abstract:

    One-dimensional multi-segment Co-CdSe metal-semiconductor heterojunction nanowires were alternately deposited by direct current electrodeposition in a two-cell system of Co electrolyte and CdSe electrolyte using porous anodized aluminum template assisted method. The morphology, structure, magnetic and optical properties of the heterojunction nanowires were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), UV-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis) and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). The results show that the Co-CdSe heterojunction nanowires are well layered and exist in a face-centered cubic structure. The Co-CdSe heterojunction nanowires have the same magnetic coercivity as the elemental metal Co nanowires, and simultaneously, the heterojunction nanowires exhibit the excellent optical properties.
