    摘要:

    金屬熔體沉積成形涉及金屬熔體的產(chǎn)生,形態(tài)演變,流動(dòng),凝固等熱物理過(guò)程。根據(jù)金屬液流斷續(xù)特性要求,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了金屬熔體沉積裝置。通過(guò)研究金屬熔體沉積實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)及軟件控制系統(tǒng)的研制過(guò)程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了金屬熔體液流沉積過(guò)程關(guān)鍵參數(shù)(脈沖壓力、熔體溫度、基板溫度等)的控制與監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)此實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置研究實(shí)現(xiàn)了金屬熔體沉積過(guò)程關(guān)鍵參數(shù)(掃描速度、熔體溫度、基板溫度等)的監(jiān)測(cè)與控制,為后續(xù)深入研究熔體沉積成形技術(shù)提供了必要的試驗(yàn)軟硬件基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞: 金屬熔體;實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置;脈沖壓力;脈沖頻率。

    Abstract:

    Metal melt deposition involves thermo-physical processes such as the formation, morphological evolution, flow and solidification of metal melts. According to the discontinuous characteristics of liquid metal flow, a metal melt deposition device was designed and developed. By studying the development process of metal melt deposition experimental platform and software control system, the key parameters (pulse pressure, melt temperature, substrate temperature, etc.) in the process of metal melt fluid deposition are controlled and monitored. The results show that the monitoring and control of the key parameters (scanning speed, melt temperature, substrate temperature, etc.) in the process of metal melt deposition is realized by this experimental device, which provides the necessary experimental software and hardware basis for the further study of melt deposition forming technology.
