    摘要:

    本文系統(tǒng)地研究了7050鋁合金雙級雙峰時效微觀組織對強度和硬度的影響。 結果表明,7050鋁合金的雙級時效出現(xiàn)了雙峰現(xiàn)象。 第二峰的硬度和強度均略高于第一峰。 透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)觀察表明,第二峰值的硬度和強度的增加是由于一定數(shù)量的n相數(shù)量的增加引起的。 此外,n相和GP區(qū)的共同作用優(yōu)于GP區(qū)單獨的效果。

    Abstract:

    The effects of microstructure evolution on the strength and hardness of 7050 aluminum alloy during the process of two-stage aging were systematically studied in this paper. The results showed that a double-peak phenomenon occurred in the double-stage aging of 7050 aluminum alloy. Both the hardness and strength of the second aging peak were slightly higher than those of the first peak. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observations indicated that the increase of the hardness and strength for the second aging peak was caused by an increase in the number of h¢ phases. Additionally, the synergistic effect of h¢ phase and GP zones was better than the effect of GP zones on its own.
