    摘要:

    采用OM、SEM、TEM等分析方法,結(jié)合不同的熱處理工藝,系統(tǒng)分析了雙重時(shí)效處理對(duì)含有初生α相TC29鈦合金的顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)兩相區(qū)固溶及時(shí)效后,TC29鈦合金中析出的次生α相尺寸可達(dá)到亞微米級(jí)。對(duì)于895℃固溶處理的TC29鈦合金,單重時(shí)效后析出的主要是尺寸約100~300nm的彌散α相;雙重時(shí)效后β轉(zhuǎn)變組織中存在取向近似的 “α叢簇”,“α叢簇”中的次生α相呈細(xì)板條狀;與單重時(shí)效相比,雙重時(shí)效處理后TC29鈦合金的顯微硬度并未得到提高,相反存在小幅度的降低;β相基體在預(yù)時(shí)效過(guò)程中析出了大量ω相,同時(shí)在靠近初生α/β相界面處由于合金元素?cái)U(kuò)散導(dǎo)致局部元素分布不均勻,因此隨后的二次時(shí)效過(guò)程中在相應(yīng)位置形成了“α叢簇”。

    Abstract:

    In order to find the influence of duplex aging on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC29 titanium alloy accompanied with primary α phase, different heat treatments and analysis methods including OM, SEM, and TEM were adopted. Results show that after treated by α+β two-phase solution and aging secondary α precipitates in TC29 titanium alloy are sub-micron level. After 895℃ solution and single aging, secondary α precipitates are mainly 100~300 nm in length. After 895℃ solution and duplex aging, "α clusters" are observed in β transformed microstructure and secondary α precipitates in them are thin slat-shaped. Compared with single aging, duplex aging results in an equal or lower microhardness. During the pre-aging treatment, a large amount of ω phases precipitate in β matrix, and the local element distribution gradually becomes inconsistent due to the diffusion near the primary α/β phase interface, where the “α cluster” is locally formed during the subsequent aging process.
