    摘要:

    本文以某型號(hào)飛行器用減振器性能研究為背景,設(shè)計(jì)了一種由NiTi合金絲經(jīng)卷簧編織、冷沖壓成型、后處理得到的新型記憶合金金屬橡膠(SMA-MR)阻尼減振器。通過(guò)對(duì)SMA-MR減振器進(jìn)行理論和試驗(yàn)研究,分析其在不同溫度下的等效剛度與能量耗散系數(shù)的變化情況,研究SMA-MR減振器的力學(xué)特性隨溫度變化的規(guī)律,利用試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,分析等效剛度、能量耗散系數(shù)與溫度的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明SMA-MR減振器的力學(xué)特性受溫度影響呈現(xiàn)一定的規(guī)律性,分析結(jié)果為SMA-MR減振器的設(shè)計(jì)及特種環(huán)境下的減振應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)與數(shù)據(jù)參考。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, against the background of the research on the performance of dampers for a certain type of spacecraft, a new type of shape memory alloy metal rubber (SMA-MR) which was made of Ni-Ti alloy wire processed by coil spring ,cold stamping and post-treatment damper is designed. Through theoretical and experimental research on SMA-MR dampers, the equivalent rigidity and energy dissipation coefficient of the damping system at different temperatures are analyzed. The law of mechanical properties of SMA-MR material with temperature is studied. Using the experimental results to analyze the relationship between equivalent rigidity, energy dissipation coefficient and temperature. The research results show that the mechanical and damping properties of SMA-MR dampers are subject to certain regularity due to temperature. The analysis results provide theoretical basis and data reference for the design of SMA-MR dampers and their application under extreme environment.
