    摘要:

    通過(guò)高脈沖磁場(chǎng)的捆扎和拉伸工藝制備了具有高強(qiáng)度和高導(dǎo)電性的Cu-18vol.%Nb微復(fù)合材料(873*873*873)。 我們報(bào)告了我們對(duì)多絲Cu-Nb微復(fù)合材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),強(qiáng)度和磁性的演變的研究。 結(jié)果表明,在高達(dá)830℃的溫度下退火過(guò)程中,Nb的(110)衍射峰的強(qiáng)度變得更尖銳和更高。 觀察到鈮絲的顯著球化和粗化現(xiàn)象。 討論了微觀結(jié)構(gòu)變化對(duì)Cu-Nb微復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能和磁性能的影響。

    Abstract:

    The high strength and high conductivity Cu-18vol.%Nb microcomposites (8733filaments) were fabricated by bundling and drawing process (ADB) for high pulsed magnets field. The influence of heat treatment on the microstructure、mechanical properties、 and magnetic properties of Cu-18vol.%Nb microcomposites were systematically investigated. The sample were characterized by XRD、 SEM、 and TEM. Results show that the intensity of <110>Nb texture decreased at first and then increased with the increases of annealing temperature. At the same time, the significant spheroidization and coarsening phenomenon of the Nb filaments were observed. The influence of the microstructural changes on the mechanical properties and the magnetic properties of the Cu-Nb microcomposites are discussed.
