    摘要:

    使用新的制備方法成功制備了功能梯度WC-Co/WC-Fe-Ni雙層結(jié)構(gòu)硬質(zhì)合金。冷壓成型所需的壓制壓力需要保持在15 MPa,在這個壓力下WC-Co和WC-Fe-Ni層的燒結(jié)收縮率相同,制備的雙層合金沒有分層和裂紋等不利現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。采用X射線衍射(XRD)、光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)等實(shí)驗(yàn)手段研究了雙層合金的相組成與微觀結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)現(xiàn)合金中沒有η或者石墨相的存在,而且,WC-Co和WC-Fe-Ni層間的界面處結(jié)合良好。同時,在WC-Co/WC-Fe-Ni雙層結(jié)構(gòu)硬質(zhì)合金的界面處有明顯的連續(xù)變化的 Fe, Ni 和 Co 成分梯度,兩層間的成分梯度導(dǎo)致界面附近的硬度梯度的形成。制備的功能梯度WC-Co/WC-Fe-Ni雙層結(jié)構(gòu)硬質(zhì)合金同時高的硬度、耐磨性和韌性。

    Abstract:

    We investigated the properties of functionally graded WC-based cemented carbide, prepared with a new approach featured by sintering the WC-Co/WC-Fe-Ni double-layer compacts together. For this approach, the reasonable pressing pressure to prepare the alloys should be about 15 MPa, under which the two layers have consistent sintering shrinkages and the unexpected phenomena (e.g. layering and cracking) were not observed. The phase composition and microstructure analysis based on the X-ray diffraction, optical and scanning electron microscopy experiments indicate that the η or graphite phase is not existed in both WC-Co and WC-Fe-Ni layers, and that the interface of these two layers are well combined together. Meanwhile, a significant gradient of Fe, Ni and Co is observed at the interface between the above two layers, and this composition gradient results in a noticeable hardness gradient, which further leads to the WC-Co/WC-Fe-Ni double-layer cemented carbide being of high hardness, wear resistance and toughness.
