    摘要:

    微弧氧化技術(shù)是一門新的表面處理技術(shù),在很多領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用前景,但其結(jié)構(gòu)受限于電解液成分。本文通過在磷酸鹽電解液中加入Al2O3陶瓷顆粒,使得在Ti6Al4V鈦合金表面的微弧氧化涂層結(jié)構(gòu)和性能得到改性。涂層的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能通過掃描電鏡和XRD衍射儀進(jìn)行表征和測試,涂層的抗高溫氧化性能和熱震性能通過高溫?zé)嵫h(huán)氧化試驗和熱震試驗進(jìn)行測試。結(jié)果表明,通過在電解液中添加Al2O3陶瓷顆粒,涂層由Al2TiO5 and TiO2組成,涂層更為致密,表現(xiàn)出更為優(yōu)異的抗高溫氧化和熱震性能。電解液中游動的Al2O3陶瓷顆粒在微弧氧化過程中被吸入到樣品表面并進(jìn)入涂層,涂層的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能得到改性。

    Abstract:

    Micro-arc oxidation is a new surface treatment method, but the structure of the micro-arc oxidation coating is limited to the electrolyte composition. In this paper the micro-arc oxidation coating on Ti6Al4V alloy was modified by addition of micro- Al2O3 particles to a sodium phosphate solution. The coating structure and phase was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, and the oxidation resistance and thermal shock properties of the coating were investigated. Results showed that a coating denser than the original coating was produced. This new coating was composed of Al2TiO5 and TiO2. The oxidation resistance and thermal shock property of the coating improved with addition of Al2O3 particles to the electrolyte relative to the sample prepared without the particles in the electrolyte. Moving Al2O3 particles were adsorbed on the coating surface and penetrated through it. As a result, the phase structure and properties of the original coating were modified.
