    在釬焊過(guò)程中,粉狀釬料有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,不僅僅可以用于復(fù)雜工件,還可以用在補(bǔ)焊和修復(fù)未焊透等方面。除此之外,粉狀釬料可以用在自動(dòng)化過(guò)程中,有著廣闊的前景。由于大的表面能,銀基粉狀釬料非常容易吸氧,但沒(méi)有人對(duì)氧含量對(duì)銀基粉狀釬料特性的影響開(kāi)展系統(tǒng)研究。本文通過(guò)第一性原理計(jì)算和試驗(yàn)等多種分析方法來(lái)研究氧含量對(duì)熔化特性以及釬焊接頭力學(xué)性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,釬料的表觀活化能隨著釬料中氧含量的增加而增加,導(dǎo)致了熔化時(shí)間增加。隨著釬料中氧含量的增加,釬焊接頭的抗拉強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)非線(xiàn)性下降,為了確保釬料的良好性能,應(yīng)該將釬料中的氧含量控制在200ppm以下。根據(jù)疲勞試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,氧元素引起的釬焊缺陷被認(rèn)為是裂紋的源頭,我們的研究提供了氧含量對(duì)銀基粉狀釬料釬焊過(guò)程影響的詳細(xì)機(jī)制。

    Abstract:

    In the brazing process, the powder brazing filler metal is widely used. It is often used not only in the production of some complicated workpieces but also in the process production of repair welding and incomplete penetration. Besides, it can also be used in automated production, with a promising future. Due to their large specific surface area, the silver-based powder filler metal easily suffers an increase in oxygen content. However, few systematic studies have been conducted on the effect of the oxygen content on the performance of silver-based powder brazing filler metals. In this study, both density functional theory (DFT) calculations and a variety of analytical methods were employed to study the effects of increased oxygen content on the melting characteristics and brazed joint mechanical properties. The results revealed that the apparent activation energy of the filler metal increased with the increasing oxygen content, resulting an increased melting time. The tensile strength of the brazed joints decreased nonlinearly with the increasing oxygen content in the filler metal. To ensure good performance of brazing filler metals, the filler metal oxygen content should be controlled to be less than 200 ppm. According to the fatigue testing results, the oxygen induced brazing defects severed as a source of fracture cracks. Our studies provided a detailed mechanism of the oxygen effects on the brazing process of the silver-based powder filler metals.
