    摘要:

    制備具有優(yōu)異界面結(jié)構(gòu)和電子/離子傳質(zhì)能力的柔性電極材料是解決高性能電化學(xué)活性物質(zhì)由體積膨脹引起材料粉化和從集流體剝落難題的關(guān)鍵。一種獨特的工藝實現(xiàn)了高性能過渡金屬氧化物(氧化鎳)內(nèi)嵌碳纖維柔性織物電極的一步制備,所制備的活性物質(zhì)免于使用導(dǎo)電劑、粘結(jié)劑和集流體直接用于鋰離子電池負(fù)極材料的組裝。得益于氧化鎳超高的理論比容量,活性碳纖維基體材料低維特性和良好的內(nèi)應(yīng)力分散率,制備的復(fù)合織物電極展現(xiàn)出良好的電化學(xué)性能,一維氧化鎳/碳納米纖維(NiO-CNF)復(fù)合柔性電極較純氧化鎳(NiO NF)纖維電極材料具有更卓越的循環(huán)耐久性和倍率性能,NiO-CNF和NiO NF在0.5C倍率循環(huán)200次分別具有418 mAh·g-1和242 mAh·g-1的可逆容量,良好的電化學(xué)性質(zhì)歸因于復(fù)合柔性電極的交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)提供的優(yōu)異擴(kuò)散動力學(xué)和應(yīng)力緩沖。

    Abstract:

    The key to solving pulverization and stripping from collector caused by volume expansion of high performance electrode lies in flexible electrode was prepared, which has excellent interface structure and electron/ion mass transfer capacity. A unique process has been used to prepare high performance transition metal oxide (nickel oxide) coupled carbon fiber mat flexible electrode. When directly applied such a flexible negative electrode for lithium-ion battery, due to the high theoretical specific capacitance of nickel oxide, unique low dimensional characteristics and huge draw ratios for internal stress dispersion of carbon fiber mat, NiO carbon nanofiber (NiO-CNF) deliver excellent cyclic characteristic and better rate electrochemical performance simultaneously much higher than NiO nanofiber (NiO NF) without carbon. NiO-CNF and NiO NF have reversible capacities of 418 mAh.g<sub>-1</sub> and 242 mAh.g<sub>-1</sub> after 200 cycles at 0.5C, respectively. These electrochemical properties can be attribute to the cross-linked structures provide diffusion kinetics and external stress buffering.
