    摘要:

    采用鐵模鑄造制備Al-Zn-Mg-Cu及Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-0.15% Er兩種合金鑄錠。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電鏡(SEM)及能譜分析(EDS)、差熱分析(DSC)、透射電鏡(TEM)、X射線衍射分析(XRD)和常溫拉伸等方法研究了Er元素在Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金鑄態(tài)組織、均勻化態(tài)組織、變形組織以及時(shí)效態(tài)組織中的存在形式、作用機(jī)理以及其對(duì)合金室溫拉伸性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明: 微量Er元素對(duì)Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金鑄態(tài)組織有一定細(xì)化作用,但這種作用較為有限。Er在合金中主要以三元Al8Cu4Er相的形式存在,該相在合金凝固過程中形成并偏聚在晶界附近,常出現(xiàn)在共晶網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)之間。此外,還有少量的Er生成了細(xì)小Al3Er粒子。Al8Cu4Er相熔點(diǎn)約為573.8°C,為難溶硬脆第二相,在合金變形過程中易破碎從而會(huì)導(dǎo)致裂紋萌生或成為粒子誘發(fā)再結(jié)晶形核的核心,最終會(huì)對(duì)合金的綜合力學(xué)性能產(chǎn)生不利的影響。

    Abstract:

    Two kinds of alloys Al-Zn-Mg-Cu and Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-0.15% Er were prepared by steel mould casting. The existence and form of the Er in the as-cast, homogenized, deformed and aged microstructures of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy were investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD). In addition, its effect on the tensile properties of the alloy at room temperature has also been discussed in detail. The results show that trace element Er can refine the as-cast microstructure of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy to a certain extent, but this refinement is limited. Er exists in the alloy mainly in the form of a ternary Al8Cu4Er phase, which forms during the solidification and segregates at the grain boundaries, and often occurs between eutectic networks. Al8Cu4Er has a high melting point and poor plasticity and is therefore easily crushed during the thermal deformation of the alloy. Al8Cu4Er fragments may cause cracks and may also induce recrystallization nucleation, which will eventually have an adverse effect on the comprehensive properties of the alloy.
