    摘要:

    本文首先介紹了鎂合金半固態(tài)研究背景,進(jìn)而從鎂合金半固態(tài)成形合金設(shè)計(jì)、鎂合金半固態(tài)成形工藝研究、鎂合金外場(chǎng)處理下半固態(tài)成形,以及鎂合金半固態(tài)成形過(guò)程模擬四個(gè)主要方面介紹了鎂合金半固態(tài)成形技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀。從近十年的研究結(jié)果得出:鎂合金耐腐蝕性增加、晶粒明顯細(xì)化、尺寸更加均勻、制備了細(xì)小的等軸的再結(jié)晶組織半固態(tài)漿料、獲得力學(xué)性能更佳、對(duì)產(chǎn)品缺陷進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)、實(shí)現(xiàn)了工藝優(yōu)化。進(jìn)一步完善和創(chuàng)新了鎂合金半固態(tài)工藝,對(duì)推動(dòng)鎂合金發(fā)展具有重大的意義,并對(duì)鎂合金半固態(tài)成形未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望。

    Abstract:

    Inthis article, firstly, the background of magnesium alloys semi-solid forming is briefly introduced,and then the present status of magnesium alloy semi-solid forming technology is reviewed from the four fields, including alloy designing, semi-solid forming technology, semi-solid forming under external field treatment and semi-solid simulation of Mg alloy. then,in the past decades of research results: magnesium alloy corrosion resistance increase, obvious grain size, size is more uniform, the preparation of the fine equiaxial recrystallizationorganization of semi-solid slurry, obtain better mechanical properties, to forecast the product defects, implements the process optimization. The semi-solid process of magnesium alloy is further improved and innovated, which is of great significance to the development of magnesium alloy, Finally, the future development direction of semi-solid forming of magnesium alloys is prospected.
