    摘要:

    采用電子探針顯微分析和X-ray衍射分析方法實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了Ni-Al-Sn三元體系在800°C和1000°C時(shí)的相平衡。結(jié)果表明:(1) Ni-Al-Sn三元體系在800°C和1000°C時(shí)均未發(fā)現(xiàn)三元化合物;(2) Ni-Al側(cè)包含NiAl、Ni3Al、Al3Ni和Al3Ni2四個(gè)化合物,其中800°C時(shí),Sn在NiAl和Ni3Al中的固溶度在分別為3.1和14.7 at.%,在1000°C時(shí)分別為3.0和8.0 at.%。而Sn在Al3Ni和Al3Ni2相中幾乎沒有固溶度;(3) Ni-Sn側(cè)包含Ni3Sn(r)、Ni3Sn(h)和Ni3Sn2(h)三個(gè)化合物相。800°C時(shí),Ni3Sn(r)相的固溶度為4.2 at.%,1000°C時(shí),Ni3Sn(r)相轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镹i3Sn(h)相,擁有5.5 at.% 的固溶度。另外,800°C時(shí),Al在Ni3Sn2(h)相中的固溶度為8.4 at.%,1000°C時(shí)為12.1 at.%;(4) Ni-Al-Sn三元體系A(chǔ)l-Sn側(cè)為相互貫通的液相區(qū)域,實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)得的Ni在Al-Sn側(cè)的溶解度約為1 at.%。

    Abstract:

    The phase equilibria in the Ni-Al-Sn ternary system were investigated by means of electron probe microanalysis and X-ray diffraction. The experimental results showed that: (1) No ternary compound was found at 800°C and 1000°C. (2) The Ni-Al side presented four binary compounds included NiAl, Ni3Al, Al3Ni and Al3Ni2 phases. The solubilities of Sn in the binary NiAl and Ni3Al phases were determined as 3.1 at.% (Atomic ratio) and 14.7 at.% at 800°C, and 3.0 at.% and 8.0 at.% at 1000°C, respectively. As for the binary Al3Ni and Al3Ni2 phases, the solubilities of Sn were almost negligible. (3) The Ni-Sn side displayed three binary compounds included Ni3Sn(r), Ni3Sn(h) and Ni3Sn2(h). The Ni3Sn(r) phase was stable at 800°C dissolving 4.2 at.% Al but it was replaced by the Ni3Sn(h) phase with a 5.5 at.% Al solubility at 1000°C. The solid solubility of Al in Ni3Sn2(h) was 8.4 at.% and 12.1 at.% at 800°C and 1000°C respectively. (4) The Al-Sn side was occupied by an interconnected liquid region having only ~1 at.% Ni solubility.
