    摘要:

    通過(guò)電渣重熔-霧化制粉技術(shù)制備得到低氧、超細(xì)高速鋼粉末,采用無(wú)包套-熱等靜壓技術(shù)制備得到高性能粉末高速鋼。研究了不同粒度、不同氧含量高速鋼粉末對(duì)燒結(jié)特性的影響,對(duì)組織和性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試和分析。結(jié)果表明,高速鋼粉末的平均粒度小于12 μm,氧含量小于100 ppm,燒結(jié)致密化后組織均勻、碳化物細(xì)小,經(jīng)熱處理后抗彎強(qiáng)度達(dá)4200 MPa,沖擊功達(dá)22 J,硬度達(dá)65 HRC。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, super-fine high-speed steel powders with low oxygen content were prepared by electroslag remelting and atomizing technology, and high-performance PM high-speed steels were fabricated by non-capsule hot isostatic pressing technique. The effects of different particle size and oxygen content of high-speed steel powders on sintering characteristics, microstructure and performance were studied. The results showed that due to the high-speed steel powder with the particle size of less than 12 μm and lower than 100 ppm oxygen, the as-sintered microstructure was uniform and carbides were fine. After heat treatment, the bend strength, impact toughness and hardness reached 4200 MPa, 22 J, and 65 HRC, respectively.
