    摘要:

    通過(guò)研究鋁合金熔滴的垂直搭接過(guò)程中不同工藝參數(shù)下的對(duì)成形表面形貌和內(nèi)部質(zhì)量的影響規(guī)律。通過(guò)對(duì)單一金屬液滴沉積行為研究,建立了垂直搭接沉積數(shù)值模型,并對(duì)多個(gè)熔融液滴垂直重疊形態(tài)的進(jìn)化和溫度變化過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:數(shù)值模擬與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果有良好的一致性,從而得到了最優(yōu)參數(shù)。該研究對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)金屬微液滴垂直搭接生產(chǎn)的有效過(guò)程控制至關(guān)重要,為制造復(fù)雜金屬提供了技術(shù)支持和參考。

    Abstract:

    During vertical lapped deposition with solidification of an aluminum molten droplet onto an aluminum substrate, the effects of the surface morphology and interior quality of the specimens under different process parameters were studied in this paper. By research of the single metal droplet deposition behavior, the vertical lapped deposition of numerical model was established, and the evolution of morphology and temperature of molten droplets vertical lapped deposition impacting a substrate surface at different time respectively and multiple droplets successively deposition experiments under the different simulation parameters were carried out. In order to confirm the numerical simulations and experimental verification, the comparison between numerical simulations and experiments shows a good agreement, and the optimal parameters are obtained. This investigation is essential to implement effective process control in metal micro-droplet deposition manufacture and it provides technical support and reference for the complex metal parts of molten droplets Vertical lapped deposition process.
