    采用熱模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)方法測試了AZ80鎂合金材料的真實(shí)應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線, 變形溫度范圍533K - 683K, 應(yīng)變速率范圍0.001 - 10 s-1, 變形程度為50%。動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶的晶粒尺寸隨著變形溫度的升高和應(yīng)變速率的降低而增大。確定了AZ80鎂合金的熱激活能, 確定了AZ80鎂合金材料熱變形時(shí)的本構(gòu)方程。根據(jù)Sellars方程, 確定了AZ80鎂合金的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型, 其定義為描述發(fā)生動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶體積分?jǐn)?shù)與變形溫度和應(yīng)變速率的函數(shù)關(guān)系。確定了AZ80鎂合金的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)模型, 其定義為描述動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸與Z函數(shù)之間數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系. 動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸的模型計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果相吻合,相對誤差小于11.8%。確定了臨界應(yīng)變和穩(wěn)態(tài)應(yīng)變與Z函數(shù)之間數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: The stress-strain curves of AZ80 magnesium alloy are tested by thermal simulation experiment, which the deformation temperature is from 533K to 683K, and strain-rate is from 0.001 to 10 s-1, and deformation degree is 50%. The grain size of dynamic recrystallization (DRX) increases with rising of deformation temperature and reducing of strain-rate. According to the Arrhenius equation and experiment data, the energy of thermal activation of AZ80 magnesium alloy is determined, and a kind of constitutive equation of AZ80 magnesium alloy is established. According to the Sellars equation, the dynamics model of AZ80 magnesium alloy is established, which is defined as the relationship between the volume fraction of DRX and deformation temperature and strain-rate. The kinematics model of AZ80 magnesium alloy is established, which is defined as the relationship between grain size of DRX and deformation temperature and strain-rate. The calculated results of grain size of DRX are in agreement with that of experiment, and relative errors are less than 11.8%. The relationship model between critical strain and steady strain of DRX with deformation temperature and strain-rate are established.
