    為了分析TA7鈦合金的熱變形工藝參數(shù),通過高溫壓縮試驗(yàn)對TA7鈦合金的高溫變形行為進(jìn)行了研究。試驗(yàn)溫度為1123~1273K,應(yīng)變速率為0.001~1s-1。此外,提出了一種修正并聯(lián)本構(gòu)模型用來分析應(yīng)變速率、變形溫度及應(yīng)變對流動(dòng)應(yīng)力的影響。然后,基于動(dòng)態(tài)模型,建立了TA7鈦合金的熱加工圖,并通過微觀組織分析對加工圖的準(zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,TA7鈦合金合理的工藝參數(shù)為變形溫度1223K,應(yīng)變速率0.001s-1,而其非穩(wěn)態(tài)區(qū)域位于低溫高應(yīng)變速率區(qū)。

    Abstract:

    In this study, isothermal compression tests at the temperature range of 1123 - 1273K and the strain rate range of 0.001 - 1s-1 were conducted to analyze the elevated temperature deformation behavior of TA7 titanium alloy for the purpose of acquiring the optimum processing parameters. Besides, a modified parallel constitutive model was put forward to illustrate the high temperature flow stress as the function of the strain rate, the deformation temperature and the true strain. Thereafter, the processing map which was on the basis of dynamic materials model was established. Thereafter, the investigation was made from the microstructure of compressed TA7 titanium alloy specimens to validate processing map. According to the result, deformation temperature of 1223K and strain rate of 0.001s-1 were the best processing parameters for the TA7 alloy. In addition, the instability regions located at relatively lower temperature-higher strain rate region.
