    摘要:

    采用常規(guī)鑄造法制備了Mg-3Zn-1Y-0.6Zr-0.5Ca生物鎂合金。研究了在不同正擠壓速度下(10, 30, 60, 90mm/min)擠出的變形鎂合金顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著擠壓速度的增大,動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸增大,未動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶區(qū)域減少。不同擠壓速度影響第二相的形態(tài)和分布,進(jìn)而影響動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶的發(fā)生??棙?gòu)隨著擠壓速度的增大而減弱。隨著擠壓速度的增大,合金的塑性增強(qiáng),抗拉強(qiáng)度減小。在擠壓速度為60mm/min 時(shí),綜合力學(xué)性能良好??估瓘?qiáng)度270Mpa,伸長(zhǎng)率19.6%。

    Abstract:

    The Mg-3Zn-1Y-0.6Zr-0.5Ca bio-magnesium alloy was prepared by conventional casting method. The effect of the microstructures and mechanical properties of alloys extruded at different extrusion speeds (10, 30, 60 and 90 mm / min) was investigated. Results show that the size of dynamic recrystallization grains increases and the area of non-dynamic recrystallization decreases with increasing the extrusion speeds. Extrusion speeds affect the morphology and distribution of the precipitation, which affects the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization in turn. Texture decreases with increasing the extrusion speed. As the extrusion speed increases, the ductility of the alloy increases but the tensile strength decreases. The alloys exhibits excellent comprehensive performance, whose tensile strength and elongation are 270Mpa and 19.6% when the extrusion speed is 60mm/min.
