    摘要:

    滾珠旋壓由于連續(xù)逐點(diǎn)成型特性而產(chǎn)生大量的變形熱而需要對變形區(qū)進(jìn)行連續(xù)冷卻。由于鎂合金成型溫度較低的特點(diǎn),可以利用摩擦與變形熱替代鎂合金薄壁管滾珠旋壓工件的加熱過程。本文通過有限元模擬對不同工藝參數(shù)下的生熱規(guī)律進(jìn)行了計算,結(jié)果表明:滾珠旋壓變形影響區(qū)的溫度隨著摩擦系數(shù),模具轉(zhuǎn)速,減薄量和進(jìn)給比的提高而增加,其中,減薄量對溫度的提高最為敏感,模環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)速對溫度的提高影響較小,摩擦系數(shù)對溫升的影響最??;在高轉(zhuǎn)速和大減薄量時變形影響區(qū)的溫度可以達(dá)到220℃以上,可以滿足鎂合金的溫?zé)岢尚蔚臏囟纫?。變形區(qū)非接觸式溫度測量結(jié)果表明模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)測結(jié)果吻合度較高。

    Abstract:

    Ball spinning often requires a continuous cooling of the deformation zone due to the large amount of deformation heat generated by the continuous point-by-point molding characteristics. According to the low forming temperature of magnesium alloy, this paper uses friction and deformation heat to replace the heating process of the thin-walled magnesium alloy tube in ball spinning process. The heat generation laws under different process parameters are calculated by finite element simulation. The results show that the temperature in the spinning deformation zone increases with the increase of rotating speed, thinning amount, feed ratio and friction coefficient. For these four parameters, the friction coefficient has little effect on the temperature increase. The amount of thinning is the most sensitive to the increase of temperature, the effect of mold speed on the increase of temperature is little, and the friction coefficient has the least influence on the temperature rise. Under high speed and larger amount of thinning, the temperature of the deformation zone can reach more than 220℃, which can meet the temperature requirement of hot forming of magnesium alloy. The results of non-contact temperature measurement in the deformation zone show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results.
