3+濃度為30g/L,電流密度為130 A/cm2,連續(xù)電解時(shí)間為1h,NaCl濃度80g/L,極距5cm,硫脲濃度0.3g/L,明膠濃度0.5g/L,pH=2.5,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用量為0.2g/L。在此工藝條件下電解,極距的大小,基本不影響粉體的純度,但對(duì)粉體的粒度影響較大;NaCl濃度對(duì)粉體純度影響最大;電解液溫度越高,所得粉體粒度變大,粉體純度降低;電解液的pH既影響粉體的純度,又影響粉體的粒度;添加劑硫脲對(duì)粉體的枝晶生長(zhǎng)有抑制作用。在此工藝參數(shù)下電解1h,可得到粒度小于100μm的銦微粉,其中粒度小于30μm的占75%,粉體純度為99.98%,平均電流效率達(dá)70.10%。"/>
