    摘要:

    為了研究Zr對(duì)Cu-Cr形變?cè)粡?fù)合材料組織和性能的影響,采用真空中頻感應(yīng)熔煉技術(shù),制備了Cu-15Cr和Cu-15Cr-0.24Zr合金。利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、能譜儀(EDS)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)等表征手段,研究了Zr對(duì)Cu-15Cr合金鑄態(tài)組織及不同溫度退火1 h后的組織的影響;對(duì)兩種試驗(yàn)合金進(jìn)行了冷軋變形,對(duì)最終變形量下的試驗(yàn)合金的熱穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:Zr的加入,使合金的鑄態(tài)組織中生成了薄片狀的CuZr金屬間化合物;抑制了共晶Cr相的生成,使共晶Cr含量遠(yuǎn)低于Cu-15Cr合金,同時(shí),細(xì)化了枝晶Cr的尺寸;顯著提高了合金的熱穩(wěn)定性,使其在550 ℃退火1 h后的抗拉強(qiáng)度提高了100 MPa。并通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)合金凝固過(guò)程的吉布斯自由能(ΔGmix)的計(jì)算,得出Zr的加入降低了Cu-15Cr合金的液相分離溫度,減小了Cu-15Cr合金在凝固過(guò)程中動(dòng)態(tài)平衡下的形核驅(qū)動(dòng)力,因此抑制了共晶Cr的生成,這與試驗(yàn)觀察到的鑄態(tài)組織結(jié)果一致。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of Zr on the microstructure and properties of Cu-Cr in situ composites, Cu-15Cr and Cu-15Cr-0.24Zr alloys were prepared by vacuum medium frequency induction melting technique. The effects of Zr on microstructure of Cu-15Cr as-cast alloy and microstructure after annealing at different temperatures was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The tensile deformation test of the two kinds of test alloys was carried out, and the thermal stability of the alloy under the final deformation was studied. The experimental results show that the addition of Zr results in the formation of flaky CuZr intermetallics in the as-cast microstructure of the alloy, which inhibit the formation of eutectic Cr phase and make the eutectic Cr content much lower than that of Cu-15Cr alloy. The size of dendritic Cr is refined as well. The test results also show that the addition of Zr significantly improves the thermal stability of the alloy and increases its tensile strength by 100 MPa after annealed at 550 °C for 1 h. Through the calculation of Gibbs free energy (ΔGmix) in the solidification process of the test alloy, it is proved that the addition of Zr reduces the liquid phase separation temperature and decreases the dynamic nucleation driving force of the Cu-15Cr alloy in the process of solidification, which inhibits the formation of eutectic Cr and is consistent with the experimental results of the as-cast microstructure.
