    摘要:

    在本文中,研究了添加劑的粒度和AgSnO2觸頭材料的性能之間的關(guān)系。Bi2O3、TiO2和CeO2被選作添加劑,并且四種粒度被選擇,與此同時(shí)添加劑的比例通過潤濕性試驗(yàn)獲得。AgSnO2 觸頭材料通過粉末冶金法制備。對(duì)摻雜不同種類不同粒度的AgSnO2觸頭材料的物理和電接觸性能進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明三種添加劑(Bi2O3、TiO2和CeO2)的粒度對(duì)觸頭材料性能的影響趨勢(shì)是一致的,并且細(xì)的添加劑顆粒有利于AgSnO2觸頭材料性能的改進(jìn)。隨著添加劑粒度的減小,AgSnO2觸頭材料的物理和電接觸性能都得到了提高,并且添加劑的最佳粒徑200nm。結(jié)果表明AgSnO2觸頭材料的性能可以通過選擇添加劑的最佳粒度改進(jìn)。

    Abstract:

    In this paper,the relationship between additive particle size and the properties of AgSnO2 contact materials was studied.Bi2O3,TiO2 and CeO2 were chosen as additives,and four kinds of particle sizes were selected.Meanwhile, the proportion of additives was selected through wetting ability tests.And AgSnO2 contact materials are prepared by powder metallurgy technology.The physical and electrical contact properties of AgSnO2 contact materials doped with different kinds and particle sizes additive were studied,the results showed that the influence of particle sizes of three additives(Bi2O3,TiO2 and CeO2) on the properties of AgSnO2 contact materials is consistent,and fine additive particle is beneficial for the improvement of the properties of AgSnO2 contact materials.With the decrease of additive particle size, the physical and electrical contact properties of AgSnO2 contact materials are improved,and the optimal particle size of additive is 200nm.The results indicate that the properties of AgSnO2 contact materials can be improved by selecting the optimal particle size of additive.
