    摘要:

    以AZ31鎂合金在熱壓縮過程中微觀組織演變?yōu)榛A(chǔ),結(jié)合元胞自動機(jī)模型,建立了鎂合金變形過程中再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸模型和動態(tài)再結(jié)晶百分?jǐn)?shù)模型。通過對鑄態(tài)AZ31鎂合金在不同變形條件下的熱壓縮實驗,推導(dǎo)出鎂合金的位錯密度模型、臨界位錯密度模型、形核率模型和晶粒長大模型,結(jié)合元胞自動機(jī)具體演變規(guī)則,建立元胞自動機(jī)模型,并用應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線及晶粒大小方面驗證元胞自動機(jī)的模擬結(jié)果,驗證該模型的準(zhǔn)確性,結(jié)合實驗數(shù)據(jù)和JMAK理論,推導(dǎo)出再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸模型和動態(tài)再結(jié)晶百分?jǐn)?shù)模型,借助DEFORM-3D分析軟件得到鎂合金在變形過程中,晶粒尺寸分布的變化情況以及動態(tài)再結(jié)晶百分?jǐn)?shù)分布的變化情況。

    Abstract:

    Based on the microstructure evolution of AZ31 magnesium alloy during hot compression, a recrystallization grain size model and dynamic recrystallization percentage model were established by the cellular automaton model. The dislocation density model, critical dislocation density model, nucleation rate model and grain growth model of magnesium alloy AZ31 were deduced by thermal compression experiments under different deformation conditions. Combining the specific evolution rules of cellular automata, cellular automata model was established. The simulation results and accury of cellular automata were verified by stress-strain curves and grain size. Based on the experimental data and the JMAK theory, the recrystallization grain size model and dynamic recrystallization percentage model were deduced. With DEFORM-3D analysis software, the change of grain size distribution and dynamic recrystallization percentage distribution in deformation were obtained.
