    摘要:

    采用EB-PVD技術(shù)在鎳基合金Rene N5基體表面沉積NiCrAlY粘結(jié)層,并對(duì)試樣進(jìn)行1000℃不同時(shí)間的恒溫氧化處理,通過SEM、EDS、XRD研究了基體與粘接層界面元素互擴(kuò)散行為和反應(yīng)區(qū)的形成機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:在1000℃條件下, NiCrAlY粘結(jié)層中的Al、Cr元素會(huì)向N5基體擴(kuò)散,形成以β-NiAl和α-Cr相為主的互擴(kuò)散反應(yīng)區(qū);而N5基體中的Ni元素則會(huì)向NiCrAlY粘結(jié)層擴(kuò)散,形成以γ’-Ni3Al相為主的二次反應(yīng)區(qū)和以難熔金屬為主的TCP相。

    Abstract:

    In this article, NiCrAlY bond coatings was deposited on the Ni-based superalloy (N5) by EB-PVD, and the sample was oxidized by the constant temperature of 1000℃ for different time. Interdiffusion behavior of interface between subatrate and bond coat, as well as, the foramation mechanism of reaction zone was analyaed by SEM、EDS and XRD. The result shows that the elements of Al and Cr in the NiCrAlY coating was diffused to the N5 substrate and formed an interdiffusion reaction zone dominated with β-NiAl phase and α-Cr phase; and the Ni elements in the N5 substrate was diffused to the NiCrAlY coatings, forming the secondary reaction zone and TCP phase, which was mainly composed with the γ’-Ni3Al and refractory metal respectively.
