    摘要:

    通過(guò)超聲振動(dòng)輔助拉伸試驗(yàn),研究了超聲振動(dòng)的頻率、振幅及間歇振動(dòng)方式等參數(shù)對(duì)TC1鈦合金板材應(yīng)力與應(yīng)變、屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度及延伸率等拉伸性能指標(biāo)的影響。通過(guò)拉伸試件的組織和性能分析,研究了超聲振動(dòng)參數(shù)對(duì)TC1板材金相組織、斷口形貌及維氏硬度的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,TC1鈦合金板材拉伸過(guò)程中疊加一定頻率、振幅的超聲振動(dòng)可以明顯降低材料的屈服強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度,并且在一定工藝參數(shù)條件下還可以較大幅度提高材料的延伸率,而且對(duì)其組織和性能影響較小。

    Abstract:

    The influence of frequency, amplitude and intermittent vibration modes of ultrasonic vibration on the stress and strain, yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of TC1 titanium alloy sheet is studied by ultrasonic vibration assisted tensile test. The influence of ultrasonic vibration parameters on the microstructure, fracture morphology and vickers hardness of TC1 sheet is studied by analyzing the microstructure and properties of tensile specimen. The results show that superimposed a certain frequency and amplitude of the ultrasonic vibration can significantly reduce the material yield strength and tensile strength in the TC1 titanium alloy sheet tensile process. The elongation of the material can be greatly improved under certain technological parameters, and the effect on the microstructure and properties of TC1 sheet is less.
