    采用定向凝固技術(shù)結(jié)合液淬法研究了一種Ni-Fe-Cr基合金平界面和枝晶生長(zhǎng)條件下的凝固特征和溶質(zhì)偏析行為。結(jié)果表明,合金的組成相為γ基體、MC型碳化物和γˊ沉淀強(qiáng)化相,凝固順序?yàn)長(zhǎng)→L+γ→L+γ+MC→γ+γˊ+MC。平界面生長(zhǎng)條件下淬火界面兩側(cè)溶質(zhì)含量測(cè)定結(jié)果表明, Ti、Nb和Mo元素富集于液相,溶質(zhì)分配系數(shù)小于1。Fe元素富集于固相,溶質(zhì)分配系數(shù)大于1。Al和Cr元素在液固兩相中濃度差別較小,溶質(zhì)分配系數(shù)接近1。此外,固/液界面前沿存在溶質(zhì)邊界層,邊界層內(nèi)溶質(zhì)原子通過(guò)擴(kuò)散傳輸,邊界層外主要借助流動(dòng)傳輸。枝晶與平界面生長(zhǎng)的溶質(zhì)偏析行為基本一致,然而,枝晶生長(zhǎng)時(shí)糊狀區(qū)殘余液相中溶質(zhì)濃度與平界面生長(zhǎng)時(shí)固/液界面前沿溶質(zhì)濃度存在顯著差別。枝晶生長(zhǎng)條件下糊狀區(qū)溶質(zhì)偏析程度顯著高于穩(wěn)態(tài)生長(zhǎng)區(qū),固相反擴(kuò)散和MC型碳化物的析出顯著降低枝晶偏析程度。

    Abstract:

    Solidification characteristics and segregation behavior of a Ni-Fe-Cr based alloy with planar interface and dendritic growth, which was obtained through quenching experiments during directional solidification, were investigated in this paper. The major precipitates are γ, γ′ and MC. The phase transition route is determined as follows: L→L+γ→L+γ+MC→γ+γˊ+MC. The solution distribution coefficients of Ti, Nb and Mo are less than unity. The solution distribution coefficients of Fe is greater than unity and, Al and Cr are close to 1. The solute boundary layer forms ahead of the liquid/solid interface when the steady-state growth begins. The solute is carried away mainly by diffusion in the solute boundary layer, but carried away mainly by flow out of the solute boundary layer. The solute distribution in solid phase with dendritic growth is similar to that with planar interface growth. However, the solute concentration in the quenched liquid in the interdendritic area is obviously higher than that ahead of the liquid/solid interface. The solidification segregation of the mushy zone is more serious than that of the solid region. It indicates that the back-diffusion in solid phase and the precipitation of MC carbide would reduce the solidification segregation during the dendritic growth.
