3-2xB1-xNxO3(x=0.1,0.2,0.3)鋰離子固體電解質(zhì),通過無壓燒結(jié)制備得到固體電解質(zhì)片,并通過x射線衍射(XRD),掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM),電化學(xué)交流阻抗(EIS)對(duì)Li3-2xB1-xNxO3(x=0.1,0.2,0.3)固態(tài)電解質(zhì)進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)x=0.2時(shí),采用無壓燒結(jié)在600℃燒結(jié)10 h制備得到的固體電解質(zhì)片致密度最高,達(dá)到理論密度的90.07%,室溫鋰離子總電導(dǎo)率也最大,為6.37×10-6 S/cm,此時(shí)激活能值最小,為0.48eV。"/>
