2。通過對薄膜的結(jié)構(gòu)表征知,場發(fā)射性能的增強(qiáng)主要與界面處電子運(yùn)輸勢壘的降低及薄膜中sp2 C含量的增加有關(guān),在界面處及金剛石膜內(nèi)形成良好的導(dǎo)電通道,使電子更容易運(yùn)輸至薄膜表面,從而表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的場發(fā)射性能。"/>
