    基于響應(yīng)曲面法,采用Design-expert系統(tǒng)研究了預(yù)制體針刺成型參數(shù)與C/C復(fù)合材料多目標(biāo)性能的相關(guān)性,構(gòu)建了響應(yīng)曲面數(shù)學(xué)模型。分析結(jié)果表明,針刺C/C復(fù)合材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度、剪切強(qiáng)度、壓縮強(qiáng)度、增強(qiáng)預(yù)制體體密度、拉伸強(qiáng)度與剪切強(qiáng)度比值各響應(yīng)模型的顯著性水平P均小于0.05,且各復(fù)相關(guān)系數(shù)平方和均大于0.82,模擬值與實測值吻合程度較高,可應(yīng)用于針刺C/C復(fù)合材料各項目標(biāo)性能的設(shè)計與預(yù)測。當(dāng)針刺密度為12.18針/cm2、針刺深度11.68mm、網(wǎng)胎面密度90.55g/m2時,增強(qiáng)預(yù)制體體密度可達(dá)0.42g/cm3,針刺C/C復(fù)合材料的綜合力學(xué)性能最佳,其拉伸強(qiáng)度為116.49MPa、彎曲強(qiáng)度21.84MPa、剪切強(qiáng)度19.41MPa、壓縮強(qiáng)度160.88MPa。

    Abstract:

    The mathematical models on the needling processing parameters and the multiple mechanical performances of needling C/C composites were established based on Response Surface Methodology by the design-expert system. The response surface models of tensile strength, shear strength,tensile strength and shear strength ratio,compression strength and preform density have high fitting degree, P of which is less than 0.05 and R-Squared of which is higher than 0.82. These response surface models are able to design and predict the needling processing parameters and the mechanical performances of needling C/C composites with reasonable accuracy. The comprehensive optimization results of multiple response targets of needling C/C composites show that: when the needling density is 12.18Pin/cm2, the needling depth is 11.68mm and the Non-woven density is 90.55g/m2, the comprehensive mechanical performances of needling C/C composites are the best. At this point, the tensile strength is 116.49MPa, the bending strength is 121.48MPa, the shear strength is 19.41MPa, the compression strength is 160.88MPa and the preform density is 0.42g/cm3.
