9.5Fe84B6.5合金,研究了腔室壓力和甩帶速度這兩個(gè)快淬參數(shù)對(duì)其磁性能和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,建立了兩者之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):熔體快淬過(guò)程中在其它條件保持不變時(shí),腔室壓力和甩帶速度之間存在著互相補(bǔ)償?shù)年P(guān)系。腔室壓力為0.03 MPa、快淬速度為19 m/s時(shí)制備的條帶樣品與腔室壓力為0.05 MPa、快淬速度為15 m/s時(shí)制備的樣品厚度和磁性能的數(shù)值相近。X 射線衍射和透射電子顯微鏡的結(jié)果表明:這兩種條件下得到的條帶樣品具有相同的相組成和相似的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)。因此,通過(guò)調(diào)整腔室壓力和甩帶速度可以得到微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和磁性能相近的條帶樣品,這將為制備高性能的稀土永磁材料及其工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供指導(dǎo)。"/>
