    摘要:

    多孔NiTi合金由于其良好的生物相容性以及獨(dú)特的力學(xué)性能在生物醫(yī)用領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文采用Micro-FAST技術(shù)成功制備出多孔NiTi合金,燒結(jié)時(shí)間短,成本低,節(jié)能環(huán)保。研究結(jié)果表明,隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,試樣的孔隙度先減小后增加,再略微減小,有害相NiTi2和Ni3Ti減少,趨于形成NiTi單相。當(dāng)燒結(jié)溫度為1100℃時(shí),試樣孔隙分布均勻,隨著燒結(jié)保溫時(shí)間的延長,燒結(jié)試樣孔隙度高達(dá)32.2%,孔徑范圍在100μm左右,符合人體骨組織植入物的要求。

    Abstract:

    Porous NiTi alloys have broad potential application in the biomedical field due to their good biocompatibility and unique mechanical properties. Porous NiTi alloys were successfully prepared by using Micro-FAST which can realize the sintering process in a short sintering time at a low cost and in a environmental-friendly way. It was found that with the increasing sintering temperature, the porosity of the porous NiTi alloys decreased firstly, then increased and slightly reduced finally. Undesired NiTi2 and Ni3Ti phases were formed and decreased gradually with a trend to form single NiTi phase. At the sintering temperature of 1100℃, the porous NiTi alloys exhibited well-distributed pores. With the increasing holding time, the porosity increased significantly to 32.2% and the pore sizes were about 100μm, which meets the requirement of human bone implants.
