0.7Hf0.3Co;合金;氦泡;氦熱釋放譜"/> 0.7Hf0.3Co合金中引入氦,利用透鏡觀(guān)察氦泡形貌隨貯存時(shí)間的演化,結(jié)果表明Zr0.7Hf0.3Co中氦泡平均尺寸比ZrCo更小,隨貯存時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),兩者均觀(guān)察到氦泡的合并與長(zhǎng)大。利用氦熱釋放譜研究貯存時(shí)間對(duì)氦熱釋放行為的影響,結(jié)果表明當(dāng)貯存時(shí)間達(dá)到105天時(shí),ZrCo中氦的總釋放量和在較低溫度下的釋放分?jǐn)?shù)均減少;而Zr0.7Hf0.3Co合金在貯存的175天內(nèi),較低溫度下釋放分?jǐn)?shù)逐漸增加,總釋放量無(wú)明顯變化,這表明Zr0.7Hf0.3Co比ZrCo具有更優(yōu)異的固氦性能。"/>
