    摘要:

    采用離子色譜、火焰吸收等方法分析反應(yīng)器中的殘?jiān)臀矚饽海Y(jié)果表明:殘?jiān)闹饕煞譃镕eCl2/FeCl3、NiCl2、CrCl2/CrCl3和CaCl2,其中以鐵的氯化物含量最高;凝液主要由HCl、HClO、H2O以及金屬氯化物所組成。分析認(rèn)為反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的氣體包括:Cl2、HCl、HClO、H2O、金屬氯化物蒸氣和通入的氬氣等。模擬計(jì)算表明,在常用的1.0 L/min的氬氣流量下,難以將反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的HCl、HClO等腐蝕性氣體及時(shí)排出反應(yīng)器,它們與反應(yīng)器內(nèi)壁發(fā)生反應(yīng)形成金屬氯化物,對(duì)設(shè)備造成嚴(yán)重腐蝕,并且會(huì)對(duì)電解過(guò)程產(chǎn)生一定的影響。通過(guò)模擬計(jì)算不同流量的氬氣在反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的流動(dòng)狀況,并結(jié)合尾氣吸收實(shí)驗(yàn),確定在2 h的預(yù)電解期,氬氣通入量宜改為5.0 L/min。在不同的氬氣通入方案下電解TiO2發(fā)現(xiàn),改進(jìn)后的氬氣通入方案有利于電解速度的提高,且設(shè)備的腐蝕情況有所緩解。

    Abstract:

    Ion chromatography and flame atomic absorption were used to analysis condensates collected in various temperature and slag. The results show that the main components of slag were FeCl2/FeCl3、NiCl2、CrCl2/CrCl3; the condensates were made up of CaCl2、HCl、HClO、H2O and metal chlorides. So the gas in reactor included Cl2、HCl、HClO、H2O、Ar and metal chlorides. The 1.0 L/min argon flow in reactor at 850 °C was simlated to find that it was very difficult to vent the HCl、HClO, et al., so these gases were reacted with reactor wall to produced metal chlorides, which led to seriously corroded, at the same time, HCl、HClO could impact in electrodeoxidation. Based on simlation and tail gas absorption experiment, argon flow increased to 5.0 L/min in 2 h of pre-electrolysis could effectively vent the HCl、HClO, et al. This improvement could enhance the electrolysis velocity and resolve the corrosion problem.
