    本文對TC21兩相鈦合金材料在不同溫度下從準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)到高應(yīng)變率范圍(0.001-1200s-1)的動(dòng)態(tài)拉伸力學(xué)行為進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。通過靜態(tài)試驗(yàn)機(jī)與分離式Hopkinson拉桿裝置,獲取了TC21鈦合金在單軸拉伸載荷下的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變響應(yīng)曲線。同時(shí)通過動(dòng)態(tài)拉伸復(fù)元試驗(yàn)方法得到了材料在高應(yīng)變率下的等溫應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變響應(yīng)曲線。由試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可見TC21鈦合金的動(dòng)態(tài)拉伸力學(xué)行為具備應(yīng)變率-溫度敏感特性,其初始屈服應(yīng)力隨應(yīng)變率增加而增大,隨溫度升高而減小,通過引入兩個(gè)敏感度系數(shù)對TC21材料的率-熱效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了探究。同時(shí)根據(jù)等溫試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對Johnson-Cook唯象本構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行修正來描述TC21鈦合金率-熱相關(guān)性的本構(gòu)行為。對比模型預(yù)測結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),二者吻合良好驗(yàn)證了修正模型的準(zhǔn)確性。

    Abstract:

    The dynamic tensile behavior of a newly developed Ti-6Al-2Sn-2Zr-3Mo-1Cr-2Nb-Si alloy (referred as TC21) over a wide range of strain rates from quasi-static to dynamic regimes (0.001-1250s-1) at different temperatures are experimentally investigated. A split Hopkinson tension bar apparatus and a static material testing system are utilized to obtain the stress-strain response under uniaxial tension loading condition. The experimental results indicate that the tensile behavior of TC21 titanium alloy is dependent on the strain rate and temperature. The initial yield stress increases with increasing strain rate. The effects of strain rate and temperature on the initial yield behavior are studied by introducing two rate sensitivity parameters. The phenomenologically based constitutive model (Johnson-Cook model) is suitably modified to describe the dynamic tensile behavior of TC21 titanium alloy. The predicted results of modified model are in good agreement with the experimental data subjected to the investigated range of strain rates and temperatures.
