    摘要:

    基于Mg-8Sn系鎂合金具有較好的強(qiáng)度、耐腐蝕性和塑性加工性,本文采用放電等離子燒結(jié)方法(Spark plasma sintering:SPS)在530~590 ℃制備了Mg-8Sn-1Al-1Zn鎂合金,對(duì)鎂合金的微觀組織、物相、力學(xué)性能和耐腐蝕性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:鎂合金的顯微組織由α-Mg和Mg2Sn相組成,Mg2Sn相在界面處產(chǎn)生。在制備溫度為570 ℃時(shí)彎曲強(qiáng)度最高,可達(dá)215 MPa。當(dāng)燒結(jié)溫度為590 ℃時(shí)鎂合金的耐腐蝕性能最好,其電化學(xué)的電極電位和腐蝕電流分別為-1.5218 V和1.9632×10-5 A/cm2,這主要是由于Mg2Sn在顆粒接合邊界的存在,對(duì)α-Mg起到保護(hù)作用。

    Abstract:

    Based on the better strength, corrosion resistance and plastic processing of Mg-8Sn alloy, Mg-8Sn alloy was prepared successfully in 530~590 ℃ by spark plasma sintering (SPS) in this paper. The microstructures, phases, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were investigated. The research results showed that the microstructure consisted of α-Mg and Mg2Sn phases, while Mg2Sn was generated at the interface of Mg and Sn. The highest bending strengh of Mg-8Sn-1Zn-1Al was 215 MPa which was obtained at 570 ℃. The best corrosion resistance of Mg-8Sn-1Zn-1Al was obtained at 590 ℃, of which the corrosion potential and the corrosion current were respectively -1.5218 V, 1.9632×10-5 A/cm2. That was because Mg2Sn was existed at particles bonding interface, which had protective effects on α-Mg.
