    摘要:

    本文主要進行的是表面擴散機制下非等徑金屬粉末燒結過程的數值模擬研究。為了準確地描述非等徑金屬粉末的燒結過程,對表面擴散模型建立了更加合適的初邊值條件,并用有限差分法對該模型進行數值求解,實現了半徑比為1:1、1:1.5、1:2的非等徑金屬粉末燒結過程的二維及三維數值模擬。此外,非等徑金屬粉末燒結過程的數值模擬結果與實驗結果吻合較好。最后,分析了非等徑金屬粉末的半徑比對燒結頸半徑生長速度的影響,數值結果表明:隨著金屬粉末半徑比的減小,頸半徑生長速度逐漸變快。

    Abstract:

    This paper focuses on the numerical simulation of non-equal sintering metal powers by surface diffusion. In order to simulate the sintering process of non-equal metal powders clearly, the surface diffusion model is modified by establishing more suitable initial boundary conditions. And this model is numerically solved by the finite difference method. The three-dimensional numerical simulations of two metal powers with radii ratios 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2 are implemented by this model. Through comparison, the simulation results are consistent with the experimental ones. Finally, the effect of metal powders’ radii ratios on the growth rate of sintering neck is investigated, which implies that the sintering neck radius increases with the decreasing of radii ratios.
