    摘要:

    亞氧化鈦具電化學(xué)窗口寬、耐蝕性好等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),是非常有應(yīng)用潛力的污水處理用陽極材料。但目前關(guān)于其在污水處理方面的研究主要集中在其電化學(xué)性能,還未對其用于污水處理的強(qiáng)化電解性能進(jìn)行過評價。本文采用強(qiáng)化電解方法測試鈦基亞氧化鈦電極的壽命和失效前后的形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)變化,分析其電化學(xué)性能和表面反應(yīng)的機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,亞氧化鈦電極的強(qiáng)化電解壽命320h左右,每12h反置電流可延長電解池整體壽命至840h(電極壽命420h),失效前后的亞氧化鈦組成變化不大,涂層出現(xiàn)裂紋和脫落,導(dǎo)致基體鈍化,使得槽壓迅速上升而發(fā)生失效。

    Abstract:

    Magneli phase electrode is a potential anode for sewage electrochemical degradation due to its high conductivity and wide electrochemical window. However, few works was done to evaluate the performance of the Magneli phase electrode. In this work, the Magneli phase electrode was prepared by plasma spray methods and examined by accelerating life methods. The result shows that the accelerating life cycle of the Magneli phase electrode is about 320 h. The life cycle of Magneli phase electrode can be extended to 420h by alternating the current direction. The failing reason of the Magneli phase electrode is the exfoliation of the coating, which makes the Ti substrate contact with the solution. Then the passivation the the Ti substrate leads to resistance increasing, consequently increasing of cell voltage.
