    摘要:

    選擇酒石酸鈉環(huán)保電解液，用恒電勢法在不同濃度條件(1, 5, 15, 30和50 g/.L )下制備TA2純鈦陽極氧化膜。采用原子力顯微鏡分析膜層的微觀三維形貌，使用電化學(xué)工作站研究試樣在3.5% NaCl溶液低電位下的極化曲線和電化學(xué)交流阻抗譜，探討微觀三維形貌對耐腐蝕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明：15 g/L濃度時(shí)，氧化膜層細(xì)小均勻，生長完整，粗糙度較低，具有寬廣的鈍化區(qū)，最大的極化電阻值，較小的致鈍電流值和自腐蝕電流值，耐腐蝕性能最佳。

    Abstract:

    Anodic oxide films on TA2 commercially pure titanium surface were prepared with sodium tartrate environmental solution by potentiostatic method at the concentrations of 1, 5, 15, 30 and 50 g/L. The microstructure of the films was analyzed by atomic force microscope, the Tafel polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectra of the samples at low potential of 3.5% NaCl were analyzed by electrochemical workstation, and the influence of microstructure on corrosion resistance wsa discussed. The results show that when the concentration is about 15 g/L, the oxide film has a good micro morphology, broad passivation area, maximum polarization resistance value, smaller passivation current and self corrosion current, is the best process conditions.
