2B相和α-Fe(Si)固溶體組成。FeBSiNb非晶涂層主要由非晶相(含量85vol%左右)、Fe2B晶體相和α-Fe(Si)納米晶相組成。非晶涂層在531~605℃區(qū)間發(fā)生晶化,涂層的玻璃轉(zhuǎn)變溫度Tg為513℃,晶化溫度Tx為531℃,計算得出FeBSiNb系合金形成非晶相的臨界冷卻速率在2.0×106 K/s左右。對涂層的摩擦磨損性能進行測試,在5N,5Hz,30min摩擦條件下,FeBSiNb非晶涂層的摩擦系數(shù)僅為0.2左右,相對耐磨性約為45#鋼基體的10倍。"/>
