    摘要:

    本文研究了U-5.7Nb合金在應(yīng)變速率為8000 s?1下絕熱剪切帶的形成及其演化機(jī)制。通過(guò)過(guò)控制應(yīng)變速率,采用應(yīng)變限位環(huán)的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了U-5.7Nb合金在不同應(yīng)變下的動(dòng)態(tài)變形。結(jié)果表明:隨著應(yīng)變的增加,U-5.7Nb合金動(dòng)載下會(huì)形成兩種類(lèi)型的絕熱剪切帶:形變帶和轉(zhuǎn)變帶。形變帶形成所需的臨界應(yīng)變值接近于0.33,而轉(zhuǎn)變帶形成所需的臨界應(yīng)變值接近于0.39。顯微組織觀察表明形變帶內(nèi)部由嚴(yán)重拉長(zhǎng)的畸變組織組成,而轉(zhuǎn)變帶內(nèi)部主要由細(xì)小等軸的晶粒組成?;诓煌瑧?yīng)變下絕熱剪切帶的表征,預(yù)測(cè)了U-5.7Nb合金動(dòng)載下塑性變形及其斷裂過(guò)程。

    Abstract:

    The formation and evolution of adiabatic shear bands in U-5.7Nb alloy deformed at a strain rate of 8 000 s-1 were investigated in this paper.Dynamic deformation at different strain values of U-5.7Nb alloy were obtained by means of the strain stopping rings and the controlled strain rate.The experimental results show that two types adiabatic shear bands in U-5.7Nb alloy under dynamic deformation were distinguished as the strain increasing.The critical strain value for the deformed band formation was adjacent to the 0.33,and the corresponding critical strain value for the transformed band formation was close to 0.39.Microstructural observation shows that the deformed bands were composed of the severe deformed and elongated grains,and the transformed bands mainly composed of the ultrafine and equiaxed grains were confirmed. Based on characterization of adiabatic shear bands at different strains, the plastic deformation and fracture process of U-5.7Nb alloy subjected to dynamic loading were speculated.
