    摘要:

    對(duì)固溶處理淬火后自然時(shí)效時(shí)間不同的6061鋁合金在室溫下進(jìn)行恒定應(yīng)變率的拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了自然時(shí)效對(duì)Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)效應(yīng)的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),材料強(qiáng)度、鋸齒周期和臨界應(yīng)變?nèi)咴谧匀粫r(shí)效0~1 h期間均無(wú)明顯變化,在自然時(shí)效超過(guò)1 h以后隨自然時(shí)效時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)而增大;鋸齒幅值在自然時(shí)效0~2 h期間隨自然時(shí)效時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)而減小,在自然時(shí)效超過(guò)2 h后趨于穩(wěn)定值。自然時(shí)效過(guò)程中,強(qiáng)化效果明顯的β""相在自然時(shí)效時(shí)間1~2 h之間開(kāi)始形成并隨自然時(shí)效時(shí)間線性增加。結(jié)合動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)變時(shí)效模型的分析結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)相符合,揭示了有強(qiáng)化效果的析出相對(duì)PLC效應(yīng)的作用機(jī)制:具有強(qiáng)化效果的析出相含量增多將縮短可動(dòng)位錯(cuò)的等待時(shí)間,使得可動(dòng)位錯(cuò)更難被釘扎,從而導(dǎo)致鋸齒周期和臨界應(yīng)變?cè)龃?。分析結(jié)果還表明,該合金中溶質(zhì)原子主要以體擴(kuò)散方式向可動(dòng)位錯(cuò)聚集從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)可動(dòng)位錯(cuò)釘扎。

    Abstract:

    The influence of nature aging (NA) on the Portevin-Le Chatelive (PLC) effect was investigated via tension tests in solution treated 6061 Al alloy. The yielding strength, the tensile strength, the critical strain and the serration period changed little in the NA time range of 0~1 h and then increased with increasing NA time. The serration amplitude decreased in the NA time range of 0~2 h and kept constant over 2 h. The precipitation sequence of the alloy suggests that the precipitates that can significantly strengthen the alloy formed after NA for 1 h and increased linearly with NA time. These precipitates inhibit the dislocation motion and result in shortening the waiting time. It is more difficult to produce the pinning process and thus the serration period and the critical strain increase. Moreover, the solute atoms gather to mobile dislocations by body diffusion rather than pipe diffusion in this alloy.
