    采用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)和單軸拉伸(TS)等測(cè)試方法對(duì)比研究無(wú)預(yù)析出處理的單級(jí)均勻化工藝和有預(yù)析出處理的雙級(jí)均勻化工藝對(duì)Al-4.3Zn-1.7Mg -0.17Zr(wt.%)合金鑄錠及板材的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:半連續(xù)鑄造急冷條件下合金中復(fù)合添加的Mn、Cr和Zr等微量元素以固溶體的形式保留在基體中,過(guò)飽和固溶體在均勻化處理過(guò)程中分解析出Al6Mn、Al7Cr及Al3Zr等預(yù)析出相粒子。在無(wú)預(yù)析出處理的470°C×24h單級(jí)均勻化工藝條件下,基體中析出的預(yù)析出相尺寸較大,分布不均勻。通過(guò)低溫預(yù)析出處理能顯著改善預(yù)析出相在均勻化過(guò)程中的析出行為,獲得尺寸細(xì)小分布彌散的預(yù)析出相,同時(shí)晶界非平衡共晶組織也能得以消除,合金鑄錠能獲得最佳的均勻化效果。預(yù)析出相粒子具有很好的熱穩(wěn)定性,在熱軋及后續(xù)固溶時(shí)效等熱處理過(guò)程中不發(fā)生明顯粗化,因而能顯著抑制晶界遷移和位錯(cuò)運(yùn)動(dòng),提高合金板材性能。

    Abstract:

    The effects of single-stage homogenization technology without pre-precipitation treatment and two-stage homogenization technology treatment with pre-precipitation treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-4.3Zn-1.7Mg (wt.%) alloy ingot casting and plate were investigated contrastively by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microcopy (SEM), transmission electron microcopy (TEM) and uniaxial tension(TS) test. The results show that the trace elements Mn, Cr and Zr recombined in the alloy after semicontinuous casting quenching are retained in the matrix in the form of solid solution,and the pre-precipitated phase particle Al6Mn、Al7Cr and Al3Zr are precipitated in the process of homogenization treatment for supersaturation solid solution. The pre-precipitated phase in the matrix is big and there is uneven distribution under the conditions of 470°C×24h single-stage homogenization technology without pre-precipitation treatment. The precipitation behavior of the precipitated phase can be improved significantly in the process of homogenization by the low temperature pre-precipitation treatment. The fine pre-precipitated phase with dispersion distribution is obtained, meanwhile, non-equilibrium eutectic organization of grain boundary also can be eliminated. The best homogenization effect can be achieved for alloy ingot casting. The precipitated phase particles has good thermal stability, and it cannot be markly coarsened in the process of hot rolling and subsequent solid solution aging heat treatment. So the migration of grain boundary and dislocation movement can be inhibited significantly, and the performance of alloy plate can be improved.
