ss/δ-Ti2Ni/Tiss/TZM;隨保溫時間的延長,焊縫寬度逐漸變小,其中連續(xù)的Tiss層厚度基本無變化,中間的δ-Ti2Ni層厚度有所降低;同時,TZM母材向焊縫中的溶解量增加。保溫時間較短時,焊縫中殘留有未溶解的TZM塊,延長保溫時間使母材溶解更充分。當保溫時間為10 min時,接頭平均抗剪強度最高為92.6 MPa,斷裂發(fā)生于δ-Ti2Ni層,為脆性沿晶斷裂。"/>
