    摘要:

    β弛豫是金屬玻璃中重要的動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程，但是β弛豫的結(jié)構(gòu)起源尚不清楚。本文研究了β弛豫與混合焓的關(guān)聯(lián)性，并從局域結(jié)構(gòu)的角度對(duì)這種關(guān)聯(lián)性進(jìn)行了解釋。針對(duì)Zr-Cu和Zr-Ni金屬玻璃，進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)分析和分子動(dòng)力學(xué)模擬，結(jié)果表明較大負(fù)值的混合焓有利于體系中二十面體團(tuán)簇的形成，而這種具有較高動(dòng)力學(xué)穩(wěn)定性的二十面體團(tuán)簇對(duì)β弛豫過(guò)程中的原子運(yùn)動(dòng)具有一定的抑制作用。

    Abstract:

    The β-relaxation is the principal source of the dynamics in glassy state, but the structural origin of β-relaxation is still not well understood. Here, the correlation between the β-relaxation and mixing enthalpy was studied, and the chemical effect is interpreted from the aspect of local structure. The dynamic mechanical measurements and molecular dynamics simulation of local structure were performed for Zr-Cu and Zr-Ni metallic glasses, which indicates the smaller negative mixing enthalpy facilitates the formation of the icosahedral clusters, and atom motion related to the β-relaxation is hindered by icosahedral clusters with high dynamic stability.
