    摘要:

    論文采用物理沉積技術(shù)在M2高速鋼制備多元復(fù)合CrTiAlN涂層。采用發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡、能譜儀、激光共聚焦掃描顯微鏡和球-盤式高溫摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)等分析手段對涂層的摩擦學(xué)行為進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果表明,涂層的摩擦系數(shù)隨環(huán)境溫度升高呈上升趨勢。室溫下涂層的摩擦系數(shù)約0.24,摩擦系數(shù)隨時間變化曲線平緩;200℃時,摩擦初期涂層的摩擦系數(shù)隨時間變化波動劇烈,半小時后進(jìn)入穩(wěn)定摩擦階段,摩擦系數(shù)在0.53左右。同時,CrTiAlN涂層的磨損率也隨環(huán)境溫度升高呈上升趨勢。高溫摩擦?xí)r,摩擦隨時間變化曲線波動很大,對磨球的受磨損程度也隨溫度升高而逐漸上升。涂層的磨損機(jī)制主要是氧化磨損、粘著磨損和磨粒磨損的共同作用。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the CrTiAlN coating was prepared by physical deposition technology on M2 high speed steel. The tribological behavior and surface morphology of the coatings were studied by means of emission scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, confocal scanning microscopy and ball-disc friction and wear testing machine. The results show that the friction coefficient of the coating increases with the increase of ambient temperature. At room temperature, the friction coefficient of the coating is about 0.24 and is gentle with time. At 200℃, the friction coefficient is greatly changed with time at beginning of Friction and then is stably about 0.53 at stable friction stage after half an hour. The wear rate of the CrTiAlN coating also increases with the increase of ambient temperature. The time variation curve of friction fluctuates greatly at high temperature and the wear degree of the grinding ball is gradually increased with the increase of temperature. The wear mechanism of the coating is mainly coordination role of oxidation wear, adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
