2O3陶瓷型殼;界面反應"/> 2O3型殼的黑色界面反應產(chǎn)物主要是α-Al2O3,并伴有FeCr2O4, (Fe, Ni)固溶體等多種成分相,界面反應層的厚度一般為5~6μm;界面反應后陶瓷型殼內(nèi)表面出現(xiàn)了TaO, NiO, HfO2等多種反應產(chǎn)物;降低表面粗糙度、控制型殼礦化劑中的Fe2O3雜質(zhì)含量,能夠有效抑制界面反應的產(chǎn)生。"/>
