    摘要:

    本文選取700 °C/10 h熱氧化工藝,對(duì)TC4進(jìn)行熱氧化處理。通過準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮,納米壓入及分離式Hopkinson壓桿沖擊等測(cè)試,研究了熱氧化對(duì)TC4靜動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能的影響。此外,借助掃描電鏡(SEM)分析了動(dòng)態(tài)沖擊后氧化層的形貌。結(jié)果表明,熱氧化TC4具有較好的靜態(tài)力學(xué)性能和較高的應(yīng)變率強(qiáng)化效應(yīng)。氧化層在較低沖擊應(yīng)變率下,能夠提高TC4的塑性;而當(dāng)應(yīng)變率過大,則會(huì)降低其塑性。最后,經(jīng)過對(duì)本構(gòu)模型修正和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)擬合,得到了室溫下的熱氧化TC4的Johnson-Cook(J-C)本構(gòu)方程。修正曲線與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比,兩者在塑性平臺(tái)區(qū)吻合較好。

    Abstract:

    Thermal oxidation process was performed on TC4 alloy for 10 h at the temperature of 700 °C. The static and dynamic mechanical behaviors of the thermal oxidized TC4 were investigated by quasi-static compression, nanoindentation and split Hopkinson pressure bar impact tests. Moreover, the micro-morphology of the oxide layer after impact tests was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicate that after thermal oxidation the static mechanical properties of TC4 is improved and its strain rate hardening effect is enhanced. Under a relatively low strain rate, the oxide layer could increase the plastic deformation ability of TC4. At a large strain rate, however, the oxidation layer reduces its plastic deformation ability. Through fitting of the impact test data and constitutive model correction, the Johnson-Cook (J-C) constitutive equation of the thermal oxidized TC4 is obtained. Compared to experimental results, the correction and experimental curves have a good agreement in the plastic deformation region.
