    摘要:

    針對鈦合金管材很難被矯直的問題,采用壓扁加反彎的方法得到很好的矯直效果。設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)現(xiàn)鈦合金管材壓扁加反彎矯直的分段等曲率反彎輥型,從彈塑性基本理論出發(fā),推導(dǎo)了矯直過程中考慮材料強(qiáng)化條件下的彎矩公式,并建立了矯直精度的理論計(jì)算模型。借助該矯直精度計(jì)算模型對反彎量組合進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,針對典型產(chǎn)品的分段等曲率反彎鈦合金管材,提出合理的壓扁量取值范圍,為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中輥縫調(diào)節(jié)提供參考

    Abstract:

    Because the strength and stiffness of titanium alloy pipe are very high, it is difficult to be straightened. Considering the strengthening of material, the formula of bending moment in the process of pipe straightening was deduced. With the basic principle of straightening, the theoretical calculation model of straightening precision was deduced. With the help of the straightening precision calculation model, the amount of bending combination was optimized. The segmentation curvature straightening roller shape for titanium alloy tubes have been designed using the optimized combination of inflection. The reasonable value scope is presented after comprehensive analysis. It can provide reference for roll gap adjustment in practical production
