    摘要:

    研究了AZ91鎂合金在充型凝固過程中不同振動(dòng)頻率對(duì)鎂合金充型過程、凝固方式和鑄件-鑄型間隙的影響機(jī)制,并自主設(shè)計(jì)鑄件-鑄型界面?zhèn)鳠嵝恃b置,探討了機(jī)械振動(dòng)對(duì)鑄件-鑄型界面?zhèn)鳠岬挠绊?。結(jié)果表明,機(jī)械振動(dòng)使充型過程中合金液流體雷諾數(shù)變大,層流邊界層厚度減??;破壞凝固初期型腔壁已凝固薄層,改變鎂合金的凝固方式,使合金晶粒細(xì)化、改變晶體內(nèi)部相形態(tài)及分布;凝固后,使鑄件-鑄型間隙處于動(dòng)態(tài)變化過程。進(jìn)而影響了鑄件-鑄型界面間的傳熱。當(dāng)振動(dòng)頻率分別為0,20,50 Hz時(shí),模具所達(dá)到的最高溫度值分別為365.3,372.1,377.1 ℃,模具溫度上升至最大溫度值所需的時(shí)間依次為111,100,91 s,振動(dòng)頻率從0 Hz增大到50 Hz,模具所達(dá)到的最大溫度值逐漸增加,模具溫度上升至最大溫度值所需的時(shí)間逐漸減少

    Abstract:

    The influencing mechanism of different vibration frequencies on the filling and solidification mode and casting-mold gap was investigated in the filling and solidification process of AZ91 magnesium alloy. And the effect of mechanical vibration on heat transfer efficiency of the casting-mold interface was studied through independently designed heat transfer device. The results show that the mechanical vibration enhances the Reynolds number and reduces the thickness of laminar boundary layer during the filling process. It also destroys the initially solidified thin layer on the cavity wall, changes the solidification mode of magnesium alloy, refines the grains and changes the phase morphology and distribution. Finally, the vibration makes the casting-mold gap in a dynamic changing process after solidification and thus influences the heart-transfer of the casting-mold interface. Under vibration frequency of 0, 20 and 50 Hz, the mould’s highest temperature is 365.3, 372.1 and 377.1 °C, respectively, while the required time of mould reaching the maximum temperature is 111 s, 100 s and 91 s, respectively. With the vibration frequency changing from 0 Hz to 50 Hz, the mould’s maximum temperature increases gradually while the required time reduces
