    摘要:

    在一定初始溫度下經(jīng)過不同時間的熔體過熱處理,利用銅模吸鑄法,制備純非晶合金Zr48Cu36Ag8Al8棒狀試樣,通過X射線衍射儀(XRD)、差示掃描熱分析儀(DSC)、萬能力學(xué)試驗機(jī)和場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)研究過熱處理對其力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,在一定的處理時間范圍內(nèi),隨著處理時間的增長,Zr48Cu36Ag8Al8非晶合金原子排列的混亂度增加,非晶合金的平均自由體積增加,Zr48Cu36Ag8Al8非晶合金的變形局域化程度降低,變形能力隨之增強,非晶合金的斷裂強度和塑性得到了提高

    Abstract:

    Zr48Cu36Ag8Al8 bulk metallic glasses with 3 mm diameter were prepared with suction-casting into a water-cooling-copper mold for different casting treatment time from the same overheating temperature. The effect of treatment time in metallic liquid on the mechanical properties of Zr-Cu-based bulk metallic glasses were studied by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), compression tests and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that in a certain range of treatment time, longer treatment time of overheating treatment time would increase the density of the free volume and the deformation ability, thus decreasing the local deformation degree and increasing the fracture strength as well as the plasticity of the Zr48Cu36Ag8Al8 bulk metallic glasses
